We supply pulverizer discs up to 900mm diameter, manufactured in 1.2379 (D2) through hardened to HRc 56-58 (triple tempered). Various numbers of teeth and cutting angles available, dependent on your input material. Discs with standard specifications are available ex stock. Pulverizer segments are produced in sets to guarantee the perfect fit.
All pulverizer discs and segments can be coated for better lifetime between sharpening and better quality powder. Contact us about coating with titanium (TiN) or other high grade materials such as TiAlN.
