Custom Die Plate Solutions

We supply both standard and fully customized die plates, including:

• Nitrided cutting surfaces
• Tungsten Carbide (TC) segments for abrasive or filled compounds
• TIC/FT04 segments for high‑wear environments
• Coated surfaces for extended lifetime

We also supply complete assemblies with cones, insulation, and cover plates.

In addition to manufacturing new extrusion die plates, we also repair damaged die plates by replacing the TC segments, extending the lifespan of your equipment.
