Cleaning die plates

When your die plate needs to be cleaned before sharpening, we can help with pyrolysis cleaning. Thermal cleaning provides a solution for extreme contaminations, which cannot be removed using conventional techniques or deliver inadequate results. Contamination with PET, PS, PP, HDPE, LDPE, PVC can be removed with this method. 

Using a thermal process, we achieve temperatures in our industrial ovens which are higher than the gasification point of the plastics being removed. At temperatures between 380-450°C the organic components break down, as a result of which, the contamination is transformed into dust. This cleaning process takes place under highly controlled conditions with a limited oxygen level of approximately 8%.
