Sheeter knives

Sheeters and cross cutting machines rely on knives that can deliver clean cuts across long production runs. KAMADUR supplies sheeter knives and cross cut knives up to 3500 mm for cutting paper board plastics and a wide range of converting materials. Our knives support high speed sheeters where stable cutting performance and long running times are essential.

Modern converting lines require knives that maintain their cutting ability for extended periods. We manufacture sheeter knives using CNC controlled production equipment which allows tight tolerances in slot spacing flatness and overall height. This contributes to smooth operation and consistent cutting results on sheeters used in paper converting packaging and specialty material production.

Cutting edges tailored to your application

Short serrated cutting edges can be supplied according to your requirements. These edges help reduce cutting force and improve material separation on coated paper board synthetic substrates and other demanding materials. For the longest lifetime between sharpening we recommend tungsten carbide inlay which can last up to eighty times longer than D2 knives.
