Our knives are produced from high quality materials, with CNC equipment and heat treated in state-of-the-art furnaces.
All granulator knives are triple tempered for the best micro structure.
Granulator knives have excellent wear resistance, toughness and strength to ensure the best lifetime. Steel grades provided include:

• 1.2379 (D2) - standard quality suitable for all materials streams.
• HSS inlay (M2) - for improved lifetime when processing abrasive plastics.
• ASP inlay (PM) - for improved lifetime when processing rubber, EPDM and other soft materials.
• TC inlay (TC) - for clean material streams. Best lifetime when processing abrasive (steel cord, glassfiber) materials. Up to 10x longer lifetime between sharpening compared to 1.2379 (D2). 

We produce knives according to OEM specifications.
