Cutter compactor knives

We supply knives for cutter compacters and agglomerators. We stock rotor and stator knives to all well-known brands for next day delivery. Our knives are well-suited to cut films, non-wovens and other materials before going to the extruder for further processing. 

Cutter compacter knives are produced from high quality raw materials:

• 1.2379 (D2) for processing contaminated materials
• 1.3343 (M2) standard quality for general purposes
• Tungsten carbide inlay (TC) for processing clean and/or abrasive materials

Depending on the processed material different cutting bevels are available: 

• double bevel
• single bevel
• radius bevel for compacting pre-cut materials such as shred and flakes
