In our European Service Center we sharpen circular knives up to Ø500mm OD: top knives, bottom knives, multiknife blocks, core cutters and crush cutters are all catered for. The angle, surface finish and straightness of resharpened knives are identical to new knives for optimal cutting results. By using the highest quality grinding stones, we achieve the best finish for your cutting process, this includes knives with hollow or polished bevels.
Knives are resharpened in sets with equal outside diameter when required. We can also provide a management system where undersize knives are checked and replaced with new knives automatically.
